Development and consulting engagements are quoted individually based on scope. Hosted and subscription services are billed on published plan terms (monthly or annual). Online payments are processed securely through Stripe; ISCS does not store card details. A detailed quote or plan pricing is provided before any charge is made.

Terms of Service
By purchasing or using services from ISCS, Inc ("ISCS", "we", "us"), you agree that services are provided as described in the applicable quote or subscription plan. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription plans renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to provide and bill for our services — such as your name, contact details, and account activity. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our systems. We do not sell personal information. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For one-time engagements, refunds are handled case-by-case in line with the applicable agreement — contact us within 14 days of a charge to discuss. Charges you believe are made in error will be investigated and refunded where warranted.
